various other responsibilities critical to the company’s operations. Prior to joining Wildhorse Operating Co., she worked for Canyon Creek Energy from 2013 to 2025 as Land Administrator. Prior to joining Canyon Creek Energy, Stacy worked at Petrohawk Energy starting in 2008. She initially served as a Land Technician focusing on the Haynesville Shale before transitioning to the role of Division Order Analyst. Stacy began her career with Samson Resources in East Texas as a Land Technician, where she developed a solid foundation. Stacy is also currently serving as Secretary for the Tulsa Association of Land and Title Analysts, demonstrating her commitment to advancing the industry and supporting professional development. Outside of work, Stacy and her husband, Dave, have been happily married for 25 years and are proud parents to three wonderful children: Kinley and twins, Addison and Lane. In her free time, Stacy enjoys gardening, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends. Board Advisor ~ Crystal Chapin Crystal Chapin is the Owner Relations Supervisor at Sage Natural Resources, LLC, where she has also served as Sr. Division Order Coordinator and Owner Relations Analyst. Prior to Sage, Crystal was a Contract Land Associate with Newfield Exploration, and a DO Tech, Owner Relations Analyst and Accounting Assistant with Samson Energy & Exploration. She possesses certifications in Field Landman, Division Order Analyst, Land Tech, and Lease & Title Analyst in the

Professional Land Management Program at University of Houston. She has served on the SADOA Board for the past four years. Crystal has served on the Catoosa Planning Commission for eight years, the last five as Chairman of the Board. She has served on the board of her HOA for the last ten years filling the roles of President, Treasurer, Secretary and currently as Covenant Compliance Chair. Crystal and her husband, Gene, have also owned and operated Sooner Neon, an electrical sign service and neon manufacturing company, since 1984. Lifelong residents of the Tulsa area, she and her husband share two sons and three grandchildren. She loves traveling, especially with her grandchildren. NADOA Liaison ~ Cyndi Price Cyndi Price has been working as a Division Order/Title Analyst for Enerlex, Inc. for the past 16 years. She is an empty nester with two children, two bonus children and four grandchildren. Cyndi has served on the SADOA Board consecutively from 2018 to 2026 in various positions including President, 2nd Vice President, Treasurer and currently as the NADOA Liaison. Cyndi also serves on the NADOA Board as SADOA Director and is on NADOA’s Membership and Audit Committees. In her free time, she enjoys lazy movie days with her husband Phillip and traveling with family and friends.
