Enlist has been our main calving ease bull for the last two years, and he has certainly done a more than admirable job. The Enlist calves are born easily with great vigor yet really grow and perform. For calving ease cattle they develop into high performing, wide bodied cattle that are easy fleshing and productive. Enlist comes from one of the top dams at Chestnut Angus where she is admired for outstanding udder quality. As we are calving our first Enlist daughters, that udder quality is coming through in a major way. Enlist is a definite udder improver!! They are also excellent mothers with great foot quality and ideal dispositions. I am more excited than ever about the contribution this sire is making to our program. Most bulls, a person loses enthusiasm for as they age, but Enlist is just the opposite. A true testament to the kind of females he is making for our program.
