Dear MAAG Americas Team:

The Eagles flew high on Sunday, yet unfortunately, we had a slow start to the year and projects were slipping from one month to the next. This is hitting our on-time delivery, financial performance, and reputation in the market. Our team is accelerating the 0Dover implementation with focus on the foundations. Over the past weeks we started implementing Tier accountability in Eagle Rock so that problems get solved quickly when they happen. You may have seen the group in Eagle Rock walking the GEMBA walk and discussing in front of the redesigned Tier boards. When problems get identified, we designate owners from the relevant department to solve the problem as soon as possible (sometimes within the same day). The new system does not rely on e-mails or documents being sent yet rather tries to tackle the problem on the spot during the GEMBA walk. To make this successful we need everyone’s help to solve problems that get identified on the shop floor. This will reduce the delays we have experienced and help our operation teams to work more efficiently!

Safety Message

Safety Pledge 2025 MAAG Kent and EGR employees signed a Pledge to Safety for 2025

Super Bowl Trivia One recent employee appreciation event was a fantastic celebration of teamwork and fun! The amazing teams at MAAG EGR and Kent put together a thrilling football trivia challenge that truly brought our employees together. The energy in the room was contagious as everyone showcased their football knowledge, with some participants stepping up as fierce fierce competitors. The excitement peaked at the final question, which determined the winner. In an exhilarating finish, Dawson Tolley emerged as our champion, impressively outsmarting his rivals ( Sam Craft and Ethan Persinger ) with quick thinking and sharp insights. Meanwhile, on the MAAG Kent side, the rivalry was intense as Ron James skillfully maneuvered through the questions, claiming a well-deserved victory over his knowledgeable colleagues, Elliott Thyret and Matt McMinn . A huge thank you to everyone who participated at both locations! Your enthusiasm and teamwork created an unforgettable atmosphere centered around our shared love for football. We’re already looking forward to more fun events to come!

Best Friends

Meet Finny , Janet Grobochik's (HR, Kent) 10-year-old Golden Retriever. Finny's favorite things are hiking -especially in the mud (see before and after pictures below); sleeping under a pile of dirty laundry; and his stuffed toy moose.

8oz of Cream Cheese ½ c. Original or buffalo wing sauce ½ c. Ranch

2c. Shredded chicken 1/2c. Cheddar Cheese

Put all ingredients in a crockpot, stir, and let it cook on low until all ingredients are combined and warmed. About 25 minutes. If you would like it to be spicier, add more Franks Buffalo Sauce to turn up the heat.
