The Kaizen Event The Kaizen event – a part of 0DOVER continues improvement program, led by Sergio Nunez , Dover Director of Operational Excellence, has been taking place at MAAG EGR location. This time the focus is on productivity improvement in the current welding department. The Kaizen event's goal is to maximize a welder’s utilization by removing non-value-added activities (WASTE) off their plates utilizing the team’s experience and 0DOVER tools. The program included both theory and practice on the floor with MAAG Americas team participating hands-on in the process .
