Halocarbon, a fluorinated lubricants manufacturer, has an- nounced the introduction of InfinX KFC6 and KFC7 greas- es for paper corrugator roll bearings. These greases are drop-in replacements for the PFPE greases currently be- ing sold. Halocarbon has over 50 of experience in paper corrugator grease manufacturing to compete directly with the leading offerings in the paper corrugator industry. With over 150 years of experience with fluorinated lubricants in severe service environments, including 40 combined in the paper corrugator industry, Halocarbon knows from experience the requirements for greases that are completely safe to use in the demanding single facer roll bearings. InfinX KFC6 and KFC7 greases are manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility to ensure the highest performance verses competitive offerings. They can be applied directly over other PFPE greases. InfinX KFC6 and KFC7 features include: safe, non-reac- tive, nonflammable with reactive chemicals; extend equip- ment life and reduce maintenance costs; no auto-ignition temperature; non-toxic, non-corrosive, and compatible with all bearings; perform over a range of temperatures; chemically and biologically inert; and both grades are NSF H-1 food grade.
