MANY ISLANDS PIPE LINES (CANADA) LIMITED EMERGENCY PROCEDURES MANUAL Activation / Procedures
Logistics staff organize, improve and repair equipment, in addition to preparing deployment packages and tracking systems. The Government of Saskatchewan maintains several caches of equipment throughout the province for response to a number of different emergency situations. The CSRT is made up of current provincial government employees. They supplement SPSA personnel when needed. When a community needs assistance, a call is put out to all CSRT members who are willing and able to respond. They provide a trained and skilled workforce to be directed by ESO and RRT members. In a high- impact emergency, there may be various EOCs activated and established to support the response. EOC’s may be combined and, as a result, not all the EOCs may be activated.

2.1.5 Record Keeping
During the Response
All forms and incident related documentation can be found on the ICS SharePoint site.
Unless they contain specific routing information, all completed forms are to be given to the Planning Section.
If solicitor-client privilege has not yet been established with the legal department, this should be discussed.
Ideally, incident documentation should be marked “confidential.” External agency representatives should be aware that caution must be exercised in what written information they leave the incident with, as it may later form part of a publicly accessible file. Upon Conclusion of Response Ensure all responders provide all incident related documents to the Incident Commander who, with the assistance of the Documentation Unit, will compile and secure records and conduct incident response debriefing and reporting as required. Once completed, all documentation/ records will be submitted to the corporate EPM Lead. The EPM Lead is responsible to finalize updates, incorporating all the internal and external stakeholders’ feedba ck, into the EPM.
Training and Exercise Records
Training and exercises records must be retained for a period of condition met plus six (6) years.
