Documenting all decisions and key activities of the operational periods at the ICC Ensuring proper documentation of activities Maintaining the IAP accurately and in real-time Maintaining the ICC briefing minutes Supporting the Incident Commander (IC), Section Chiefs, and command staff Monitoring the ICC display boards for accuracy Activation Duties

Report to the IC for a briefing upon arrival at the ICC (physically or virtually).

Support the establishment of the ICC: Obtain all relevant position checklists, and other necessary resources. Confirm communication method and timing if ICC is operating virtually. Populate the ICS Position Assignment Sheet. Take minutes at the initial ICC Meeting: Document all decisions and key activities. Assist with preparation of the IAP by completing the IAP form: Confirm approval with signature by the IC. Distribute the IAP to the OSC and throughout the ICC. Initiate Incident Diary: Document key IC activities and decisions throughout incident response. Document incident events and milestones. On Going Duties

Sign in at the ICC at the beginning of each shift.

Update ICS Position Assignment Sheet and post it. Advise ICC staff of briefing times and participate in all briefings: Record ICC Briefing minutes. Assist OSCP Scribe in completing, updating, and maintaining a Situation Report based on the IAP. Take minutes at all briefings and meetings in the ICC: Document all decisions and key activities. Document the update of the IAP: Confirm approval with signature by the IC. Document key IC activities and decisions throughout incident response. Complete, update, and maintain the Incident Diary: Document incident events and milestones. Maintain ICC situational awareness boards (both physical and virtual), including: Boards that display current and accurate ICC Charts Boards that display current and accurate information, priorities, and assignments Ensure proper documentation by ICC staff of their decisions and activities: Ensure all documents have the correct dates, times, signatures, etc. Forward all ICC and OSCP documentation to the Planning Section for proper file storage: Ensure all site documents, forms, and/or notes are accurately completed and gathered, including the individual logs.
