PERSONAL TRAINING The Recreation Center & Natatorium offers a comprehensive personal training program to its members. Take the opportunity to train with a nationally accredited personal trainer and achieve the results you want. All programs are personalized to help you reach your personal goals. HOME MOBILITY WORKSHOP A 5-week series of instruction, demonstration, and application for LESS PAIN. Each week will focus on a specific region of the body to address stiff muscles and restoring normal joint range of motion. Through instruction and demonstration, you will learn home mobilization techniques to manage and resolve common complaints like low back pain, neck pain and athletic injuries. We can help, whether you’re physically active, trying to address the sedentary aspects of your life or just looking to improve mobility and performance for your training regimen.
