Often referred to as the heart and soul of the Snack Shop, Warren was celebrated as Employee of the Month in November and, by a landslide vote, named 2025 Employee of the Year. Her commitment to the Snack Shop is unmatched. To ensure the team is set up for success, she regularly arrives while the Club still sits in quiet darkness to begin prepping and is always willing to step in and cover shifts whenever needed. She takes on any task, no matter how large or small, and shows genuine care for those around her through her generosity and love of cooking and sharing food. Warren’s work ethic, reliability, and kind spirit make a meaningful difference for her team and our members every day. Mahalo nui loa, Warren, for the steadfast effort and warm aloha you bring to the Snack Shop and our Club.
MANAGER OF THE YEAR Malia Pao | OFFICE MANAGER (EMPLOYEE SINCE JANUARY 2008)
This year, to recognize the dedication of our hard-working managers, we introduced the Manager of the Year award, and it was an easy decision to select Malia Pao as the inaugural recipient. Malia has devoted nearly two decades to the Club and, throughout her time here, has consistently gone above and beyond for both members and staff, taking pride in her work and ensuring clear, accurate communication across the organization. She leads with calm professionalism under pressure, proactively resolves issues, and is a trusted mentor to the front desk staff, offering guidance with fairness, empathy, and good humor. Malia’s steady leadership, collaborative spirit, and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of our team. Congratulations to Malia on this well-deserved recognition, and thank you for the many years of dedication, leadership, and care you bring to our Outrigger ‘ohana.
