Albright and some other highly regarded authorities in Biblical archaeology, he concludes, “ They appear as real men, living in a real world which is now well-known because of the work of modem ar chaeology.” Aspects of the doctrine of God re vealed in the patriarchal narratives include omnipotence, omniscience, ho liness, justice, providence, grace, and promise.
