1. Set your press to 190 degrees and 90 seconds. Medium to high pressure. Print your artwork in mirror image.
2. Make sure the Teflon of the heat press is clean before you put any white fabric on top of the Teflon.
3. Place the print face down on the product, and secure it with heat tape.
4. Cover the exposed areas of your fabric product with silicone paper where your print doesn’t cover, to prevent any old ink from transferring from the element to the exposed fabric. (this step is optional). Now, press it for 90 seconds.
5. When time is up, open the press and immediately remove the print.
Tips:
1. Sometimes, when pressing products like cushions, it's best to insert cardstock or a few sheets of copy paper inside the cushion. This lifts the print area slightly, making pressing easier. 2. When pressing bags, only put the printable area of the flap of the bag in the press. Avoid putting in zips, buttons, clips, and other elements into the press. If possible, let them stick out of the press. Otherwise, lift the printable area with a few sheets of copy paper to be higher than the clips, zips, or buttons.
