CHARITY & THIRD SECTOR SPECIALISTS

ESTATES, PROPERTY AND FACILITIES RECRUITMENT

MRG Founded in 2007, MRG is a specialist recruitment business focused on leadership appointments across real estate and facilities management, development and corporate services. Through services including retained search, interim solutions and recruitment as a service, we support businesses and institutions across sectors, including central and local government, charities and other third sector organisations, blue light services, arts and culture, education, government, healthcare and life sciences, hospitality and leisure, industrial, infrastructure, office, retail and more. Our approach to hiring is forensic, precise, and process-driven. We emphasise impartiality over a reliance on personal networks. Furthermore, our experience means we have access to substantive sector expertise. Ultimately, that focus on process and detail makes us better to work with, and far more likely to complete assignments successfully at the first time of asking.

CHARITY SECTOR AND THIRD SECTOR SPECIALISTS We’re proud to partner with organisations that provide vital services to the most vulnerable in our society. Our specialist Charity Estates division oversees leadership roles in the third sector. We have managed numerous recruitment campaigns for estates leadership roles across the charity, education, social care, healthcare and public sectors across the UK over the last decade. We have therefore gained significant insight into the demands and variances of recruitment campaigns across the sector, not to mention the development of a strong network of both active and passive candidates. In addition to our ability to attract interest within these sectors, we also have a proven track record in making a compelling case for professionals currently engaged in the wider private sectors to consider moving into estates leadership roles for organisations with a social cause. Our team focuses on roles in asset and property management, facilities management, capital projects, development, and wider corporate services. As a team, they have worked with not-for-profit organisations throughout the UK, and our track record is detailed later in this document. The team take pride in their strong and wide- ranging networks, providing shortlists that not only come from other areas of the charity and not for profit sector but from sectors such as local government, NHS, education, central government, and the private sector.

HEAR FROM KEY CLIENT, KEVIN TAYLOR

I’ve experienced working with MRG as a candidate looking for work and a customer of a recruitment campaign being run by MRG. My experience as a candidate has been positive with MRG taking the time to understand what it is I’m interested in and where my skills are. Listening extensively to what my experiences have been and asking many questions to understand me. From there they were able to quickly suite me to opportunities that match my interest and ability. I found their client base was strong with a number of roles to consider whenever I had been looking. Communication has always been good keeping you informed of progress promptly and gave me the impression they were there for both client and candidate focusing on the right placement for all. It is because of this experience they were an obvious choice when looking to recruit myself for management positions within my team. From the outset and experiencing MRG as the customer/ client provide the same high level of interaction. Again, very focused on understanding the needs of the business and what was required to inform what type of candidate would be a great fit. We recruited to all the positions first time with a robust, informative recruitment campaign. I would happily work with MRG again as a professional organisation who strive to get good results for client and candidate.
