Activity 45 – Book of Happiness
Objective: Reinforce the concept of “Compete to Win” through the stories of our colleagues in All Over the World.
To facilitate:
1. All colleagues to access Tripadvisor.
Play style: Learning the Stories
2. Within 5 minutes, colleagues to identify what our competitors have done well and howwe can “ Compete to Win ” .
Duration: 5-10 minutes
Setup: • Indoor • Team
3. Once done, facilitator to ask who can share the story they read and share it.
4. Facilitator to ask from other colleagues on the insights they gained from each of the story. 5. If time permits, moderator to open discussion for more “ Compete to Win ” personal stories from the colleagues. Key Learning: • We constantly look for ways to enhance our competence and effectiveness to achieve our goals. • The shared stories may be a guide for us to go the next level and up our game always to deliver the excellent service and be the best- loved Hospitality group.
Materials: (1) Access Tripadvisorand select any 5 competitor hotels.
