FAQs Question: Is it mandatory to facilitate all the 50 Activities?
Answer: Yes, we have spaced out the activities to do it once a week. The aim is to ensure our colleagues are aware of what is Horizon 2 and the importance of our Shangri-La Culture, for our colleagues to live and breathe the culture. Question: Do we need to track the colleague’s attendance for each activity? Answer: The purpose of the Playkit is to reinforce the Shangri-La Culture. However, no attendance needs to be taken. Departments can use this tool as added materials to support the promotion of refreshed the Shangri-La Culture. Question: Can we modify the activities? Answer: To follow the fidelity of the program, all the activities were carefully curated to adapt to all countries, regions, and locations. Only the activities that require language change are allowed to be modified.
Question: What if there are questions during the play beyond the Playkit? Answer: The key answers and explanations can be found in the Playkit. It is the responsibility of the Leaders and Facilitators to further explain and answer to their audience based from their properties and situation, the main focus is still on the Shangri-La Culture.
Question: Can we print the digital book? Answer: We do good and think of our resources, this Playkit is designed in digital format to support sustainability. Hotels and offices can print the whole book but is not mandatory.
