Objective: To know how the Asian heritage is present in all our design and business.

Say: Toplay:

1. All colleagues will take turn as I show some photos from different Shangri-La around the world. 2. In teams or individuals, each colleagues must guess what Shangri-La hotel is this from the given country of choices. 3. If the answer is wrong, others can answer. 4. I'll give one example (Action: Show the photo). Any questions, then let's start. After the game, do ask: What makes these images unique? Take answers from the group. Tip: Open a conversation to explain further and go to the direction of focusing on the Asian details. Key Learning: • The Shangri-La Group has its own distinct Asian traits, we are proud of it, and we further develop it as our business competitive advantage. • Sophistication to details inspired by Asian heritage is present in every aspect of our business wherever we are in the world.

Do you know what makes Shangri-La standout from all our competitors? One component is our Asian heritage and for today’s game we will play “ Guess the Shangri-La Hotel ” .
