For today’s game, we will do “ Blind Drawing ” .
Toplay: 1. In pairs, blind drawing requires 2 colleagues to sit back-to-back. If it’s a team, one colleague is doing the drawing and others will take turns to speak and give clues. 2. One colleague or the team will be given a picture of an object or word. He or she will be the one to describe the drawing. 3. The other player doesn’t know what the drawing is. He or she will be the one to draw using the given paper and pen. 4. The other person draws the object based on the given verbal description and their own guesswork. 5. For example, The picture shows "a leader climbing up a stairs with arrow going up at the top." 6. The person with the picture must help her/his partner draw the picture without saying, "a leader climbing up a stairs with arrow going up at the top. “ Key Learning : • We can achieve our Group’s Vision by being clear through proper communication and alignment to our team members. • We must progressively promote our refreshed Shangri-La Culture to everyone and must lead by example to be the best-loved Hospitality Group.
