Say: We own, manage and operate properties in the Shangri-La Group. We deliver the world- class service to our guests by hosting them to the colourful joys of life.
Duration: 10 minutes
Setup: • Indoor • Individual or Team
For today, we will play “ The Color Wheel”.
To play: 1. Facilitator will show 3 pictures per round.
Materials: 1. Mobile Phone (Timer) 2. List of Moments or Joys of life
2. Each colleagues must guess what specific moments or joys of life is it pertaining to.
Choices are: • Birthday • Wedding • First day at work • New Baby • Work Anniversary • Graduation • Wedding Anniversary • Valentines Day
3. The facilitator to give an example. This colourful joys of life has toga, diploma and march. What moment is this? In 3,2,1… go! Answer is Graduation.
4. Colleagues to answer within 60-seconds.
5. Only one answer and one try per question.
5. Other colleagues can steal, if the answer is incorrect.
Key Learning: • Hosting people in the colourful joys of life is the main point why we exist, our Purpose. • We must know these different chapters to further curate and deliver the best service, products and the Shangri-La Experience.
