Objective: Know the characteristics of a host.
Activity Brief: Howtowin: Highest score wins!
Play style: Five Finger Showdown
Say: At Shangri-La, we must be good host. For today, we will play “Put your finder down” .
Duration: 5- 10 minutes
Setup: • Indoor • Individual
Toplay: 1. All colleagues holds up their ten fingers.
2. The facilitator will say some narratives on “How to be a host” that they have done before .
Materials: (1) List of narratives to be a “Host”.
3. If you have NOT done it, you have to put your finger down.
4. The first person to put all ten fingers down loses.
5. The remaining colleagues will continue playing.
6. Once all the list has been said, those who remain with the most number of finger holding up, wins! 7. All colleagues should play with honesty and just being true to oneself. This is only a fun game. Key Learning: • Each of us in the Shangri-La Group is a good host. We start thinking how we become host in our own self, our own home and reflect to our work as we host people.
