Play style: Lip syncing
Say: We know what our guest wants or our colleagues by listening to them by their words or email in their booking. There’s a lot of ways to know the guest preferences and we should make efforts to remember them.
Duration: 10-15 minutes
Setup: • Indoor • Team
For today’s game, we play “ Read my Lips ” .
Materials: 1. Mobile Phone (Timer) 2. List of simple words/ narratives. • Live, Work, Eat, Play and Rest Well • A couple enjoying their wine • Shangri-La Experience • Chef cooking pasta • Wedding Anniversary • First time guests • Sunny day at the island • Sweet Birthday cake
Toplay: 1. All colleagues are divided into two per team or groups. 2. The first player will pick a narrative from the list. He or she must use his/ her lips to say the words by lip sync.
3. The partner colleague or team members must guess the right word or read the lips .
4. The narratives is composed of 5 or less words only. It should be answered within 60- seconds.

5. If the answer is incorrect, other players can answer.
Key Learning: • There will always be challenges along the way as we host people, but we need to understand guests preferences or our colleagues wants in any forms be it through verbal or body language. • Here we clearly demonstrate that to deliver the best service, we must first adhere to basic communication.
