Say: Do you know how much is the cost of our suite? Are you familiar with the monthly or annual sales target of our team? To support the business, we must know our products. Each of the colleagues must have the knowledge of the basic products we offer.

Play style: The Price Is Right

Duration: 10 minutes

Setup: • Indoor • Individual or Team

Today, we will play “ The Price is Right ” .

Materials: (1) List of hotel items and corresponding prices. (2) Laptop or desktop with PPT (3) Mobile Phone (Timer)

Toplay: 1. In individual or teams, colleagues must guess the price of each of the item. 2. I’ll give an example; this photo is our hotel suite – What is the cost? To be shown in the screen: US$ 5XX.0X Answer: US$ 512.08

3. Each of the correct is worth 100$.

4. If the colleague guesses correctly, he or she gets the point.

Key Learning : • In our Business, we do our part in learning the prices on what we offer and sell. The best salesperson is us, the Shangri-La colleagues. • We promote products and services that we offer in our hotel to create colorful joys of like in the guest experience.
