Say: In today’s market, Hospitality Groups find ways to innovate but one of the key still to achieve our Vision is by everyone’s demonstration of “Our Nature” . For today, let’s hear from everyone on the 6 traits of Humility, Courtesy, Respect, Sincerity, Thoughtfulness and Selfless by showing “ Hearty Post” . To facilitate: 1. All colleagues to navigate their phones and search for an image, it can be their self, their family or other person that shows one of the six Our Nature traits.
Duration: 10 minutes
Setup: • Indoor • Team
Materials: (1) Mobile Phone
2. Each will take turns to share the image from their phone and say the story behind it.
Key Learning: • Distinct Asian hospitality for 50 years and beyond guided by the Shared beliefs with Our Nature. • As we host people to the colorful joys of life, we must stick to our core in demonstrating the values in all the things we do and deliver.
