Gleonda Angus Sale - 66th Anniversary Sale [4/11/26]

Welcome

APRIL 11, 2026 • 66TH ANNIVERSARY SALE Sale Information 1:00 AT THE FARM 9 ½ MILES SOUTH OF LOCKWOOD, MISSOURI ON HWY 97, OR 14 ½ MILES NORTH OF I-44 ON HWY 97 We invite you to join us in celebrating 66 years in the Angus business and to evaluate one of the most complete sets of bulls we have ever offered. As our customers have come to expect, these cattle are bred and developed with one goal in mind—your profitability. Our breeding program is built on common sense and strong fundamentals, with an emphasis on quality, function, and longevity. Matings are not made behind a desk simply matching num- bers or chasing the latest unproven sires. Instead, they are carefully planned using real-world performance data, proven pedigrees, and the phenotype and productivity of the cow herd. By combining proven genetics with practical selection, we strive to raise cattle that work in the pasture and add value for our customers. The strength of this offering starts with the cow herd. This year, 85% of the bulls selling are out of cows five years old or older females that have proven their productivity and longevity in our program. When selecting bulls for the sale, the dam is our number one priority. Time and again, the best sons come from proven cows— and those are the kind of bulls that go out and make money for our customers. With herd rebuilding on the horizon, there has never been a more important time to invest in proven genetics—not passing fads or speculative numbers. Please call or stop by anytime to check out the bulls or tour the cow herd. Thank you! Traves and Kenadee Merrick
