wargames with industry. This upcom - ing wargames TTX will challenge the logistics community, commercial planners, industry ISOA, and allied partners to scrutinize how product support functions under contested conditions in USEUCOM’s area of responsibility. It will test the Joint Force’s ability to seamlessly inte - grate commercial enablers into plan- ning, command decision-making, and operational execution. Most crucially, it will reinforce that product support is critical terrain, and every decision about securing, protecting, and em - ploying commercial support directly influences combat readiness. MILES is the former chief of the Joint Staff J4 Commercial Support to Operations Divi- sion and the former Commander of the 413th Contracting Support Brigade at Fort Shafter, Hawaii. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Wright State University, an MBA in Logistics from Touro University International, and an M.S.S. from the U.S. Army War College. CRUZ is the former chief of the Joint Staff J4 Commercial Support to Operations Divi- sion and the former Commander of the 414th Contracting Support Brigade in Vicenza, Italy. He holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Guam and was a member of the Army Acquisition Corps with a certification in Contracting. ESTELLE is the branch chief of the Joint Staff J4 Commercial Support to Operations Divi- sion. She holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Criminology from the University of North Caro- lina at Charlotte and an M.S. in Business from the University of Mary in North Dakota.

BROADWELL is the program manager in sup- port of the Joint Staff J4 Commercial Support to Operations Division. A retired Navy Supply Corps captain, he holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Oregon and an M.S. in Acquisition from the Naval Postgraduate School. Broadwell is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager and Project Management Professional. GULICK is the strategic planning and assess- ments lead in support of the Joint Staff J4 Commercial Support to Operations Division. He previously served as a Communications Officer in the U.S. Air Force. Gulick holds a B.S. from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an M.S. in National Security and Resource Strategy from the Eisenhower School of National Security and Resource Strategy at the National Defense University. He is a Proj- ect Management Professional and a Certified Systems Analyst. WEINSTEIN is the strategic communications lead in support of the Joint Staff J4 Commer- cial Support to Operations Division. He holds a B.A. in Political Science–Economics from Columbia University and an M.P.P. in Inter- national Security and Economic Policy from the University of Maryland School of Public Policy.
