DoW Cyber Workforce Summit The Department of War Cyber Workforce Summit—hosted by the Department of War Chief Information Officer (DoW CIO), with support from the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association International and the National Defense University—will convene March 24–26 in Washing - ton, D.C. This multi-day conference will provide a forum where DoW CIO representatives will share the latest infor - mation on supporting the department’s cyber mission with the most capable and dominant digital workforce. The con - ference will also provide the opportunity for the cyber com - munity to hear directly from DoW and Service leadership and cyber subject matter experts. Participants will learn about the pathway to readiness for a digital cyber workforce in support of operations in the information environment. (Register here) The 2026 Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Green Technologies Conference (GreenTech) will be held March 25–27 at the Limelight Boulder in Boulder, Colo. GreenTech is an international event focusing on challenges facing the modern power grid and solutions to transition toward a reliable, sustainable, and resilient grid of the fu - ture. It serves as a venue for engineers, government, indus - try, and researchers to collaborate and present innovative approaches related to all aspects of aerospace and space power and propulsion systems; application of artificial in - telligence and machine learning in power and energy sys - tems; and analysis, design, and operation of the electric power grid, including renewable and distributed genera - tion technologies, power transmission and distribution, and control and management of demand. Energy, Infrastructure & Environment Summit The Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Asso - ciation is sponsoring the 2025 Energy, Infrastructure, and Environment (EIE) Summit March 26 , from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., at the JW Marriott in Washington, D.C. The theme for the 2026 summit will be “Accelerating Energy Innovation in a Dynamic Global Environment.” This year’s EIE Summit aims to address the pressing issues of the nation’s energy sector—rising electricity demands, the proliferation of ad - vanced data center technologies, grid modernization, a re - surgence of nuclear power, cybersecurity threats, geopoliti - cal pressures, and many other factors.
