ABOUT THE ROLE THE BID TEAM

We shape the business through positive relationships, developing compelling sales materials and a desire to be the best.

As a start-up, Yondr is still changing and pushing for more, and better, constantly. The bid team is helping to shape the business and design critical components of the sales process. We will own the task of managing large, multi-discipline teams to create submissions to the client which are designed and written to be the very best in any sector - Not just our own. Day-to-day activity will involve developing positive, productive relationships with the entire Americas team, whilst central management will rest with the Client Solutions team in Europe.

What this means for the role is an active and driving role in the delivery of RFP responses, presentations and work-winning collateral, whilst simultaneously being supported from the heart of the business and helping to create and guide our approach.
