Launched in January, the LIHTC Lunchbreak series provides accessible, employee‑driven learning designed to strengthen technical LIHTC proficiency and deepen cross‑department understanding at CREA. This year, 114 employees participated in at least one session, with 76% participating in multiple sessions. By building shared knowledge and aligning teams around our mission, the series supports a more informed, connected workforce - one better equipped to advance CREA’s affordable housing goals. In addition to LIHTC Lunchbreak, leadership development and department‑specific trainings continued throughout the year, reinforcing our commitment to ongoing growth and professional development for all employees.
