Indiana University Indianapolis
Located in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana University Indianapolis became our first partner school in 2022 with the launch of 10 CREA Scholars. That inaugural cohort will graduate in May 2026 - a major milestone for the program.
California State University, Northridge
In 2023, the Foundation added California State University, Northridge in Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley, welcoming 20 CREA Scholars. These students are completing their junior year in Spring 2026 as they continue progressing toward graduation and career pathways.
University of Connecticut
In 2025, we expanded east to the University of Connecticut in Storrs. Here, we support students pursuing real estate and community development with focused career guidance, internships, and mentorship alongside scholarship support.
