TERMS + CONDITIONS All cattle sell under the suggested terms and conditions of the American Angus Association. Payment is required via cash or check during or after the sale and prior to cattle release. Sale manager reserves the right to require a certified check as settlement before releasing any cattle. Each animal will be at the buyer’s risk as soon as declared sold by the auctioneer. ANNOUNCEMENTS Announcements made during the day of the sale take precedence over material printed in the sale catalog or any other advertising. EPDS EPDs listed in the catalog are the most current available at the time of catalog printing. LIABILITY All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Owners, auction services, nor members of the sale committee assume any liability, legal or otherwise, for accidents or loss of property that may occur. HERD HEALTH All animals are eligible for interstate shipment. Interstate health papers prepared by an accredited veterinarian will be furnished on each animal sold. BIDDING Any disputes or challenges regarding bids or tie bids will be settled by the auctioneer and his decision will be final. If you would like to place a bid, but are unable to attend the sale, please direct your bid to any of the owners or sale staff. The sale will also be broadcast on the Internet at www.dvauctions.com and bidding can be done on that platform as well. REGISTRATION + TRANSFER A certificate of registry for each animal will be transferred to the buyers at the seller’s expense. LOAD OUT + TRUCKING Load out will be available following the completion of the sale provided buyers have settled with the clerk. Contact the sale manager for assistance in coordinating loads of the least possible cost.
