I also want to thank you for your interest and support of Circle S Ranch and our partners and guest consignors. I think we can all agree that we are living in a great time in the beef industry, and the cowcalf producers are being rewarded for their hard work. BUT, we still have work to do. Sound breeding decisions are important now, more than ever. Investing in the best genetics to take your farm or ranch to the next level – the most profitable spot in the industry. Whether it is buying a bull or a set of bulls to maximize your current cow herd’s pounds at weaning, keeping replacement females…OR, if you are investing in replacement females to build or rebuild a cow herd….BUY the BEST you can afford and from a program that you can trust! We evaluate cattle by the eye as well as on paper. Focusing on sound, functional cattle is what we take great pride in and what we are very
passionate about. Circle S Gelbvieh and Gelford cattle have consistently and positively influenced so many of our customers’ herds. We love the stories we hear from our customers regarding extra pounds at weaning, bigger checks at the sale barn, easy-keeping females, etc. And, this is consistent with recent research. Within the past year, research has proved that Gelbvieh-sired females, when mated to any breed or combination of breeds, produce 22.7 more pounds of calf at weaning than any other British or Continental beef breed. That’s something you can take to the bank!
