Northern Region’s Christmas Potluck – November 2023
The staff in the North region had an opportunity to enjoy everyone's home-made, favorite dishes that were all so delicious and then played a fun gift exchange where there were lots of laughs!
Fall Town Halls in Prince George, Vancouver Island and Penticton – November 2023
The Operations Senior Leadership Team (SLT) - Jennifer Breakspear, Corrina Hayden, Heidi Hartman and Erin Harron - travelled to Prince George, Vancouver Island and Penticton in November to meet with staff in open house style setting, focused on having conversations. While there were updates provided by SLT, the meetings were informal and set up where folks could drop in for as long as they were able, to spend time with SLT and ask questions or seek clarification on anything happening in the branch. The goal was to help bring clarity to where we are going as a branch and commission, given the several changes announced this year with the realignment of Operational Services. Successes, challenges and ideas were shared across all groups. As always, Jennifer and the rest of SLT always enjoy spending time with folks and look forward to future in-person opportunities to connect and chat.
