O ur goal is to expand economic op- portunities to the Black men in Dane County. We have created programs that provide individuals with the soft skills necessary for success as well as prepare them for work readiness, career devel- opment, and entrepreneur- ship. We ensure a minimum of $20/ hr with full benefits. As these courageous individuals begin a new way, we are with them step by step to help with them with their chal- lenges which is a crucial component for change .
