This quarterly Home Stories feature is underway! Residents have been sharing their special pet photos and stories. Here are a few Autumn entries collected. Victorian Resident Advisory Committee members chose their Autumn favourite, Chantelle and her pet Diesel who receive a $100 gift card. This is $20.00 for a standard key and up to $150.00 for a restricted key. Fobs/swipes are between $60.00 to $120.00 each. The cost of a call-out fee for a contractor to attend, and for new duplicate keys and fobs/swipes is the resident’s responsibility. The Property Team conduct monthly resident satisfaction surveys to ask you about your maintenance repairs experience. From June, and then each month, 10% of residents who have had maintenance repairs in that month will be randomly chosen and receive a SMS text with a link to an online survey. Residents who complete the survey will be in the running to receive a $50 gift card .
