ABOUT THE AUTHORS
ROSALITA M. DULA, LPT
She is a graduate of Master of Arts in Teaching Social Studies from the University of Eastern Philippines (2012) and Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences major in Political Science from the University of the Philippines-Visayas Tacloban College (2004). She is a faculty member of the College of Arts and Sciences at Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU)-Tacloban City. She teaches courses like Understanding the Self and The Contemporary World. She worked on a research project about money, financial technology, and alternative credit sourcing funded by the Institute for Money, Technology, and Financial Inclusion (IMTFI) of the University of California-Irvine (2016).
FRANCES C. BERNADAS, RPM
She is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Philippines-Visayas Tacloban College. She passed the Board Licensure Examination for Psychologists and Psychometricians in 2018. She is pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching Social Sciences at Leyte Normal University. Frances handles Understanding the Self and Ethics subjects at the Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU)-Tacloban City, in addition to being the university psychometrician. Her research interests include mental health, identity crisis, and spirituality.
DECSTER B. ABANEL, LPT
She is a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Studies, cum laude, from Leyte Normal University, batch 2019. In the same year, he passed the Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers. He is pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching Social Sciences at the same university. Decster teaches high school and college students at Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU)-Tacloban City. In the junior and high school levels, he handles Social Science subjects, and in the college level, he teaches Understanding the Self, Contemporary World, and Philippine Indigenous Communities.
