Here are a few tips to help make your fast easier:

Eat a balanced suhoor (pre-dawn meal) with complex carbohydrates and protein to keep you energised throughout the day.

Avoid caffeine and sugary foods to prevent dehydration and energy crashes.

Take short naps if needed to conserve your energy.

And most importantly, remember the true purpose of fasting: spiritual reflection and self-discipline.
