London Bridge City - Senior Engineering Manager

Strategy:

• Working with the Property Managers, develop, implement and manage Environmental and Energy Conservation Programmes, (working with others where necessary) ensuring optimum usage of energy. To advise on potential problems, improvements and possible savings. • Assist the Property Managers in the management and development of the CAFM system, ensuring information, plant history, drawings and technical information is accurate and up to date. • Develop, implement and maintain the site- specific plant replacement strategy and programme, working in conjunction with the budget holders, clients, accountants, surveyors and appointed consultants.

Contractual & Reporting:

• Set up new utility contracts for handed over buildings and public realm as required. • Prepare contract documentation to include: - Tender Documents, agreements and specifications. • Manage tendering procedures. Analyse Tenders. Undertake Post tender interviews. • Manage contractor closely during mobilization period and through to completion. • Ensure that all O&M’s and drawings are in place as soon as is reasonably practicable.
