In conversing with other program teams across the country, the External Evaluation team quickly realized
that grant and data management with large teams can be a challenging undertaking, especially when it
involves multiple institutions across a large geographic region. A strength of this digital dashboard is that it
can be quickly copied and modified to assist in the management of other programs. Documenting this
process has allowed this team to better manage and communicate its successes to other funders and to tell
a powerful story to future funders. Improved data collection and storytelling has allowed the team to procure
additional funding to further expand mental health services to farm and ranch communities across the state
of Missouri.
