Convention on the Law of Treaties, and in accordance with the principle of equality between states and the parties to treaties. The study also explores the effects of the Abrahamic Treaty on the Palestinian issue and Palestinian rights and the violation of the provisions of international law and international legitimacy that the treaty may constitute, especially those directly related to the prohibition of annexing the lands of others by force, exploiting the resources of territories under occupation, and preventing the depletion of their resources. The study concludes that the risks of normalisation with Israeli occupation is not limited to the Palestinian cause but extends to and threatens Arab security and Arab and Islamic identity. Moreover, it argues that normalisation is a security achievement for the Israeli occupation that comes at the cost of undermining and scattering of the likelihood of Arab consensus and a significant weakening of the position of the Palestinian cause. Keywords: Abrahamic Treaty, Peace and Normalisation Agreements, Equality Principle, United Arab Emirates and Israel, Deal of the Century.
