ملخص: تسـعى الدراسـة إلـى مقاربـة حريـة العقيـدة مـن أوجـه مختلفـة، وتتطـرق لعائـق التعصـب الـذي يحـول دون ذلـك، مُحـدِّدة أسـباب نزعـات التعصـب يف عالـم حديـث يتصـف بالتعدديـة، ومنطلقـة مـن روح املجتمـع الحديـث يف اعتنـاق قيـم التسـامح، وفــك االشــتباك العقائــدي، بمــا يجعــل مــن إدارة الصــراع عمليــة تدبيــر ضروريــة للنزاعـات القائمـة ىلع االختـاف يف املعتقـد. وتناقـش الدراسـة أيضًا جـدل العاملية والخصوصيـة، الـذي يُرفـع أحيانًــا للعتـراض ىلع إقـرار حريـة املعتقـد، وتشـير إلـى أهميـة اإلصـاح الدينـي يف املجتمعـات العربيـة، باعتبـاره رافعـة أساسـية لتكويـن شـخصية الفـرد املتسـامح الـذي ال يـرى يف حريـة املعتقـد اعتـداء ىلع كينونتـه. وخلـص البحـث إلـى أن حريـة املعتقـد ال يمكـن اختزالهـا يف قوانيـن، إنمـا ينبغـي تغييـر نمـط الحيـاة وذلـك عبـر إعـادة النظـر يف املناهـج الدراسـية. حريـة املعتقـد، حـوار األديـان، التسـامح، التنويـر، الخصوصيـة كلمـات مفتاحيـة: والعامليـة، اإلصـاح الدينـي. Abstract: This study aims to approach freedom of belief from different perspectives. It addresses the obstacle of intolerance and defines the causes of intolerant tendencies in a modern pluralistic world, originating from the spirit of modern society in embracing the values of tolerance and ideological disengagement, making conflict management a process of managing differences based on differences in belief. In addition, the study discusses the controversy of universality and privacy, which sometimes is raised to object to the recognition of freedom of belief. It indicates the importance of religious reform in Arab societies as an essential foundation for the formation of the character of tolerant individuals who do not view freedom of belief as a threat.
