How Did you get into the Business? Sphere Construction started in 1986. We are a General Contractor. Since our founding in 1986, Sphere Construction Group LLC has renewed its commitment to excellence and creative problem solving on a variety of projects. We have accepted the challenge of both large and small projects
from numerous owners, developers, and design professionals throughout New Jersey, Southern New York, and Eastern Pennsylvania. We do commercial work such as: Office Retail, Financial Institutions (Banks) House of Worship, Pre-engineered Metal Buildings, Warehouse, Historical Restorations. We also do Residential: Multifamily, Senior Housing, Low Income Housing Do you or your company perform any Community Service? I am on the Board for Morris Habitat for Humanity, participate on the Morris Vocational School Advisory Board and am on the Board for Denville Rotary. Sphere Construction Group supports the community through donations and involvement with YMCA, Boys Scouts of America, the National Guard, ARC of Morris, American Red Cross, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and local community endeavors. How did you get involved in Metro? My father, Henry Vitiello, was a long time Metro Member
Why did you join Metro? To give back to the Industry that has been so important to me. I give praise to all those people with the foresight and courage who have made that decision to build. Look around. Every building you see started out as someone’s idea. We turn ideas and dreams into reality. As a professional with an extensive background in the construction industry, I have molded a construction staff qualified in estimating, project management, construction management, scheduling, and a competent field staff of experienced superintendents. Tell us something about what motivates you. My work ethics and commitment to family and church comes from my family, especially my grandfather Thomas. He was a 1st generation immigrant from Italy who settled in Newark NJ . He found blue collar work as a day laborer working for
