Strategy and methodology
The following is a dialogue between Matto and Dali discussing the strategy and activities for their project.

Well, we have to: Organize activities for their spare time, like sports or a youth café… maybe camping out one weekend.
1 So, how are we going to go about this?

We also have to address the issue of drugs in a very clear manner
But if we want to raise their self-esteem and social participation... we need to involve them and support them. Maybe they can actually do the work on drugs themselves. We can form a group.
But this means that we need to train and support them!
We have to ask the young people what they want, but first we must show them that we are ready to offer something... to give a good example.
I think I have got it:
» We can organize some social activities like camping, and we could open the youth café. This will get us to know more young people and to identify those that are most interested in working with us. » We can also organize informal discussions about Banville and violence. Just to get a feeling of what kind of solutions young people envisage. » We can organize some leadership courses for those that are most interested in working with us – some kind of peer group education stuff... in those courses they should design what activities they want to carry out. » We can have a group preparing a campaign about drugs... for the schools and for the families...
