In last month’s newsletter, we introduced our newest community, Sterlington. Located in beautiful Canton, Georgia, Sterlington will be a 29-lot community that could be the perfect place for you and your family to plant roots. We’re currently accepting presales. You’ll have your choice of four different floor plans ranging in size from 2,906 to 3,251 square feet. Additionally, Stonewood Phase 3 is also now under development, and we will be accepting presales from those interested in establishing themselves in this beautiful community. Stonewood is located in Watkinsville, just off of Highway 53. This community has five available floorplans, ranging from 2,832 to 3,115 square feet. Please contact us today for more information. On a different note, we plan on doing more continuing education (CE) events in our communities. At SR Homes, we truly value the relationships we build with our real estate agents and regularly partner with our preferred lenders to host these CE events. These are our way of saying thank you while also providing valuable education and showcasing what makes our homes stand out. Last month, we had the pleasure of hosting two successful CE events. On Jan. 16, we welcomed agents to Yellowstone, and on Jan. 29, we hosted another event at Stonewood. Our event at Stonewood was incredibly unique and enlightening as attendees reviewed the latest GAR Contract Updates for Georgia.
