“The houses here really do tick all our boxes! We love that the development is just surrounded with green space, woods and walks, and that Chorley is a short drive away. We have completed our application and look forward to the next steps.”

We really like the style and layouts of these houses. There’s plenty of space inside and out, and it’s a fab location. Coppull looks like a nice area, and there are so many lovely places right on the doorstep such as woodlands and country parks – we’d never run out of options for long summer walks with the dogs. Chorley is close by, too, which is ideal for us, while getting to Preston for work would take less than 30 minutes in the car.”

These houses are just lovely. The three bedroom properties offer so much space, which is something that we are just not used to. It’s such an exciting prospect to have enough rooms to host family and friends, or just have extra places for working from home. This is an excellent location, too: it’s a good area with plenty to do, lots of nice walks to access – plus getting into Preston to get our x of city life would be very easy indeed, only about a 15-minute drive.”

This development really does seem to have everything we’ve asked for. It is a great size, with a good garden, so it’s ideal for us as dog owners. We love that it quite literally backs on to the woodland and open countryside, which is like a dream come true in terms of feeling like we have a real rural escape. We’d really get a feel for country life, but the town centre is only a couple of miles away – we could walk or cycle on nicer days. We’d be close to some of Farrah’s family, which would be lovely, and also very handy for those times we need a dog sitter.
