I’m a south of the river girl and North Peckham was a place I often visited growing up. It’s an area which has changed over the years and is now a buzzing, trendy and dynamic neighbourhood with so much to offer. This development of affordable one, two and three bedroom apartments available through Shared Ownership and open market sale is not only beautifully designed, it cleverly blends old and new. The original kiln chimney has been retained as a nod to the past and creates a wonderful key architectural feature which I absolutely loved. This is a development

The homes are impressive and I loved the bright, airy feel of
the space from the full-height windows flooding the rooms with natural light. The generously sized bedrooms have a large mirrored wardrobe and the boutique-style bathrooms and en suites are luxury at its best. Each apartment comes with its own outside space with either a private terrace or balcony and the views are spectacular. I could happily sit there and enjoy a morning coffee or sundowner at the end of a long day and watch the wonderful London skyline – perfect! Or spend some quality time on the rooftop gardens and unwind.There are even pretty terraces on the second floor complete with tables and benches, which is the perfect spot to meet the neighbours.
