HEALTH We take the health of our animals very seriously. All bulls selling have been vaccinated for IBR, BVD, Blackleg, red water-clostridium type C&D, PI3, Hsomnus, pinkeye, footrot, anthrax. All dams of animal being sold have tested negative for Johnes. All bulls have been given a breeding soundness exam and fertility tested. Females have also been given a breeding soundness exam and prebreeding vaccines. All animals have been tested genetic defect free. Genomics have been enhanced by AngusGS. Scrotal Measurements will be available sale day. SIGHT UNSEEN GUARANTEE If you are unable to attend the sale, we will be glad to help you in making your purchase with your satisfaction guaranteed. Please feel free to send your bids to one of the sale staff. Bids will be handled as if you were present. Phone bids are welcomed and will be handled by Jay Rehder 701.799.9434 LIABILITY All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Legal or otherwise owners and sale staff assume no liability for loss of property or accidents. FEEDING PROGRAM Bulls have been developed on a 52mgcal high roughage ration consisting of alfalfa, corn silage, earlage, distillers grains and mineral. SUPPER A complimentary beef supper starting at 4 p.m. will be offered with the bar open in the Pitchfork with complimentary drinks.
DELIVERY Take your bull home within a week of sale day and receive $50 credit. We will deliver all bulls free of charge. All other deliveries please make arrangements with Jake. All shipping is at buyer’s risk so we advise you to insure your purchases. Deliveries will occur after May 15th unless other arrangements are made. Free boarding until May 15th after that $3.50/hd/ day. INSURANCE All cattle in the sale become the buyer’s responsibility at the time of the final bid. Insurance can be purchased on sale day from Christopher Nelson, Martin-Trudeau Insurance, Mitchell, SD 605.996.3106. Policies range from death loss to disease and infertility. We will cover ½ of the premium cost on your choice of insurance policy on any purchases more than $7500.

BULL GUARANTEE Bulls selling for $5000 or more will be
guaranteed through the first breeding season. Breeding season is defined as 90 days after turn out. Purchase price minus $2500 and minus full salvage value, will be given as credit in a future sale or toward a replacement bull if one is available. All injuries need to be diagnosed by a veterinarian by Sept. 1, 2026 TERMS & CONDITIONS All Cattle sell under the terms and conditions of the American Angus Association. SALE FORMAT All animals will be on display by noon on Friday the 3rd or available for viewing anytime at Four Hill Farms. DVAuction will broadcast previously recorded videos instead of running bulls through a sale ring. Announcements made sale day will supersede anything in the sale catalog.
