TO FOUR HILL FARMS 9TH ANNUAL PRODUCTION SALE
T his is a very exciting time to be in the cattle industry. We are extremely grateful to past customers and truly are motivated by their success. It is our belief that strong relationships are the cornerstone to long-term success and are extremely excited to start that process with new customers. Our offering is the same genetics as they have been offered in the past with virgin yearling and virgin 20-month-old bulls, registered and commercial open females. New to this year’s offering is registered bred heifers and proven 2-year-old bulls. We select breeding traits that will sire calves that will excel in growth, carcass traits and mothering capability. I believe this year’s offering is one of the best we have ever had and with the genetic diversity from our cow herd and Clearwater’s provides a little bit of something for everyone. All females have passed a breeding soundness exam, and the bred heifers have been confirmed pregnant by our vet Collin Gahlbreath. All bulls will have passed a breeding soundness exam and be fully vaccinated prior to sale day. The proven 2 year old bulls have been Trich tested. All bulls will have an Angus GS genomic test and parentage verification done to provide the most accurate EPD’s possible. We still recommend to visually appraise these animals which can be done on site at the Pitchfork anytime after noon on Friday or any time prior at the farm located at 21990 Hwy 34 Barnesville.
