Upholding Ethical and Human Rights Practices
For those who prefer to remain anonymous, we offer a toll-free Corporate Governance Hotline, available 24/7, year-round. This hotline is managed by an independent third party to ensure confidentiality. Investors and other interested parties can also reach our Board through the hotline or by submitting concerns in writing. All reports are promptly reviewed by our Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer to ensure a thorough investigation. When a violation is confirmed, we take immediate action to implement corrective measures and prevent it from happening again.

The Code is part of our employee handbook. We offer annual in-person and online ethics training in both English and Spanish. Reporting Concerns
We encourage all employees to report any suspected violations of our Code of Conduct and Ethics or applicable laws. Concerns can be raised directly with a supervisor, our Employee Relations Manager, Human Resources or the Chief Legal Officer.
