⮚ Host a VIP reception or private event in our exclusive MWR Corporate Hospitality Chalet. ⮚ Promotional space to showcase your business.
Benefits: • PROMOTIONAL SPACE - A designated 15-ft. by 15-ft. promotional space to showcase promotional items, distribute literature, and/or sampling of products. Includes one (1) 8-ft. table and two (2) chairs with an option for the sponsor to bring a branded tent. Corporate signage and banners can also be prominently displayed (optional). • BANNER PLACEMENT – Display four (4) sponsor-provided banners , (maximum 6-ft wide by 3-ft tall), strategically placed by MWR around the event. Banners must have grommets, wind slits and the required Navy Disclaimer, “The Navy does not endorse any company, sponsor or their products or services.” Additionally, one (1) MWR- provided banner featuring the sponsor’s logo will be displayed outside the Sponsor Chalet Entrance. • PUBLIC ANNOUCEMENTS – Sponsor recognition announced four (4) times daily during the Air Show. • WEBSITE PRESENCE - Logo displayed on the Sponsor page of the official Event website, www.naspensacolaairshow.org, accompanied by a direct link to your website. • EVENT PROGRAM ADVERTISEMENT – A half-page (landscape oriented) advertisement in the official Air Show program ( 5.5 inches wide by 4.5 inches tall) . The event program ad will need to display the required Navy Disclaimer, “The Navy does not endorse any company, sponsor or their products or services.” • SPEAKER TOWER SIGN – The sponsor’s logo will be displayed on twenty (20) speaker towers positioned at the show front and throughout the Event. • MWR CORPORATE FLIGHT LINE CHALET – Access for your invited guests to the exclusive MWR Corporate Flight Line Chalet; fifty (50) wristbands provided for each day of the Air Show, for a total of one hundred (100) wristbands. Chalet includes reserved seating, a front-row, show line viewing area, catered lunch from 11 AM-1:30 PM and complimentary non-alcoholic beverages. • EXPANDED COMMON AREA CHALET BAR – In order to better accommodate all chalet guests, we are expanding our Common Area Chalet Bar size and drink selection. • MARKETING OPPORTUNITY – Each Sponsor will have table space within the MWR Corporate Chalet area to display any marketing materials or swag the Sponsor wishes to provide to all guests of the MWR Corporate Chalet. • PARKING - Fifteen (15) Sponsor Parking Passes for each day of the Air Show, for a total of thirty (30) passes. • SPONSOR SOCIAL - Enjoy exclusive access to the Sponsor Social on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, from 6-9 pm, at the National Naval Aviation Museum, NAS Pensacola. Includes music, dinner, beverages and an opportunity to meet and get your favorite performers’ autographs. Sponsor receives twelve (12) invitations. • SPONSOR APPRECIATION GIFT – Sponsor will receive an exclusive appreciation gift that serves as our thank you for participating in the Air Show. • FULLFILLMENT REPORT – A complete fulfillment report at the conclusion of the Event. • EXPOSURE - The Air Show generates consistent audience involvement and offers sponsors unique and cost- effective opportunities to promote their products and services and interact with over 200,000 Air Show attendees. • MEDIA - Outstanding photo and video media opportunities. The Air Show always receives a great deal of media coverage including national and local network television, radio, newspaper, local magazine and cable television. • PRIVATE RESTROOM FACILITIES – Sponsors will have access to private, air conditioned restroom facilities in the Corporate Chalet area.
