➢ Packaged Beverage Service : This exclusive, customizable option includes coolers placed in your chalet stocked with an array of refreshing alcoholic beverages. Contracting will be a separate agreement/charge with our Food & Beverage Department. Contact the Food and Beverage Manager, 850-452-2137, Colette.d.obray.naf@us.navy.mil. ➢ Five cases for $720: Customize your selection of beer and seltzers to perfectly match your guests' taste. Please note, the maximum allocation per day is fifteen (15) cases. ➢ Wine case for $72: Copa individual serving glass, 12 servings per case. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, or White Zinfandel. ➢ Beverages Vouchers, $7 per drink voucher: Beverage voucher option redeemable at the Chalet Beer booth in the Sponsor common area. Vouchers will only be accepted at this one location. You will develop, print and issue your own vouchers, at the agreed quantity. We will ask for a copy of the voucher for our records. ➢ Final Contract Adjustment: Within 14 days, after the completion of the event, you will receive an updated contract showing final quantities adjusted to reflect the total number of redeemed vouchers. ➢ 31 July deadline for package order. 30 September deadline for voucher plan.
