As the name implies, the Over 20 Team consists of associates who have been with Averitt for 20 years or longer. This team – over 16% of our workforce – represents all facets of Averitt: drivers, dock associates, mechanics, customer service specialists, leadership, and more. Every associate role is represented on our Over 20 Team. We’re proud to have built a culture and an environment where people not only want to work, but also want to stay.
