Thank you for the warm welcome! I’m truly thrilled to officially join the incredible team at Frenchman’s Creek. Many of you already know me from my time supporting the HR department as a consultant over the past nine months. For those I haven’t yet had the pleasure of meeting, I look forward to connecting with you soon. It’s an honor to step into the role of leading our Human Resources department. With the support of Nais Lopez and Alexa Villalobos, we’re committed to evolving and elevating the employee experience. Our goal is to help our culture thrive—and we’re here to support you every step of the way. As always, our door is open. Whether you have a question, concern, feedback, or simply want to say hello, we welcome the conversation.
